HIRING OUR WEBSITE

When hiring our website for month to month basis on our $49.95 plan, you are hiring a website build by our in-house designer.

The website itself belong to us (Neptune Design).

At any time you are ready to move away you can purchase the website from us at discounted rate ($700) after 3 months. If you are moving the website after one month, you will have to purchase our site at full price. A 5 page professional website we charge $900 (see our price list here).

WEBSITE TRANSFER

When you decide to move and paid for your website.

We will ZIP up all your files and database on the server and send this over to you via DropBox – https://www.dropbox.com.

From there, you will need help from a web designer to reinstall your website on the new website server you made have purchased. We can also provide this service to you to reinstall the website on your server, our installation fee is $50.

CANCELLATION

When you choose to cancel your account:

• We will remove the website from our server
  • This will remove all emails on the server, files and images
• Transfer your domain name to you – extra cost may occur from transferring with your website hosting provider.
  • Please contact your hosting provider about this process.
  • We are also available if you need help.
